How long does it take you to build and ship a PC?

Our standard handling time is 1–4 business days, which includes parts preparation, professional assembly, and comprehensive testing.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that all delivery timelines are estimates only. We strive to process and ship your orders from our warehouses as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your provided email address.

We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through trusted payment gateways to ensure a safe and seamless checkout experience.

Warranty & Returns

Do you have a return policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges are available within 7 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • For items in blister packaging, a 15% restocking fee applies if the package has been opened.
  • A valid invoice may be required.

We provide limited hardware warranty coverage on all eligible products:

  • Refurbished laptops and desktops include a 90-day (3-month) hardware warranty.
  • Brand new gaming PCs come with a 1-year hardware warranty.

Please note that warranty coverage applies exclusively to hardware-related issues and does not include software, accidental damage, or misuse.
