Refurbished Computers and Laptops

All refurbished desktop computers and laptops include a 90-day limited hardware warranty. This warranty covers only hardware-related defects or failures. Software issues such as operating system bugs, updates, driver conflicts, or problems caused by user-installed software are not covered under this warranty.

Custom Gaming PCs (Non-Refurbished)

Custom-built gaming PCs that are not labeled as refurbished come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty. This warranty protects against hardware defects and failures only. Software compatibility and operating system-related issues are excluded. Certain individual components (such as the CPU, GPU, or motherboard) may have longer manufacturer warranties. Customers can often claim warranty service directly through the component manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions

Any evidence of liquid damage, physical damage, or product modification will immediately void the warranty. We do not provide inspection or repair services for products showing such damage or modification.
