Custom-built gaming PCs that are not labeled as refurbished come with a 1-year limited hardware warranty. This warranty protects against hardware defects and failures only. Software compatibility and operating system-related issues are excluded. Certain individual components (such as the CPU, GPU, or motherboard) may have longer manufacturer warranties. Customers can often claim warranty service directly through the component manufacturer.
Any evidence of liquid damage, physical damage, or product modification will immediately void the warranty. We do not provide inspection or repair services for products showing such damage or modification.

We currently ship only within Canada. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of Canada will not be processed. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

At uniwaybc.com, we are dedicated to providing high-quality items to our customers. However, our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while managing operational efficiency. Please read the following terms carefully.
We do not accept returns or refund. Exchanges are available within 7 days of the purchase date. To qualify, the item must remain in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. For items in blister packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply if opened. A valid invoice may be required for any exchange request. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such an item, please send an email to support@uniwaybc.ca.
You must notify us of your intention to exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at support@uniwaybc.ca. Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant photos of the product. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchaning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Physical damage or product modification voids all warranty coverage.
