We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services. All brand-new gaming PCs purchased from our store come with a one-year warranty on hardware. This warranty ensures that your investment is safeguarded against any hardware defects or malfunctions.

Refurbished Gaming PCs

For our refurbished gaming PCs, we provide a six-month warranty on hardware. This warranty covers any hardware-related issues that may arise during the specified period.

Used/Refurbished Laptops/PC

For our refurbished laptop and PC, we provide a three-month warranty on hardware. This warranty covers any hardware-related issues that may arise during the specified period.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within Canada. Orders placed with a shipping address outside of Canada will not be processed. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

General Shipping Terms

• All delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
• Shipping charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your postal code and the rates provided by the shipping carriers.
• All orders are subject to a handling time of 1 to 4 business days before shipping.
• Estimated delivery timelines are typically 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option selected. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.
• While Uniway Computers BC and our shipping partners strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, actual delivery times may vary.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Signature Requirements

Signature requirements depend on the shipping method and cannot be modified. A signature is required for the following:

• Large item deliveries
• In-store pickup orders

For shipments handled by Canada Post, the delivery driver will determine whether it is safe to leave the package without a signature. If not, a signature may be required or the package may be redirected for pickup.

Shipping Charges

The total cost of your order includes all applicable shipping and handling charges, which will be shown on your Uniway Computers BC invoice.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if a product is returned, as these fees are paid to the shipping carrier for the service provided.

Delivery Estimates

Unless otherwise explicitly stated on the site, all delivery timelines are estimates only. They are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. These estimates do not form part of the contractual agreement between you and Uniway Computers BC.

Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date. To qualify for an exchange, the item must remain in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact. To initiate the exchange process, please contact us. Please note that customers are responsible for any associated shipping costs with the exchange.

For items in blister packaging, a 15% restocking fee will apply upon opening. Valid invoices may be required for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such an item, please send an email to support@uniwaybc.ca.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted. The time for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.

For items exceeding $75 in value, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
